Attendees are responsible for their transportation to and from layouts. We'll do our best to help with carpools, but...

The layout host or his designee in many cases will meet the operating crew at the hotel and coordinate the parade to the layout.

Maps to the layouts will be provided in the registration packets.

I've had a few inquiries about the weather. Here's the official rundown:

bulletOctober 12: The normal maximum is 61 with a record of 87 and the normal minimum is 41 with a record of 23. Sunrise is at 7:24 AM and sunset is at 6:33 PM.
bulletOctober 13: The normal maximum is 60 with a record of 84 and the normal minimum is 40 with a record of 22. Sunrise is at 7:25 AM and sunset is at 6:32 PM.
bulletOctober 14: The normal maximum is 60 with a record of 86 and the normal minimum is 40 with a record of 24. Sunrise is at 7:26 AM.
 
Statistically, there is a chance of precipitation on all three days.
