Sierra Western

The Sierra Western is a freelance railroad set in the late 60's. The
modeled portion is a secondary main line of the large class one road and is located between the cities of Butte, Montana and Boise, Idaho. The layout features seven cities/towns and features two branch lines and a Milwaukee Road branch and interchange. The railroad operates by timetable and train order operation and features a large classification yard, long trains and helper district.

NOTE: Operators scheduled for Saturday on the Sierra Western will stay for the day and operate both AM and PM sessions. Operating positions can change between sessions. Different trains are scheduled for AM and PM so the session is not duplicated.
